Visual Basic course is developed to help kids learn how to use Visual Basic to build Windows applications; it is an introduction to computer programming that provides an interactive training to the Visual Basic programming environment.

In this course, students will learn how to build a Visual Basic Windows application. Students learn about project design, the Visual Basic toolbox, and many elements of the BASIC language. Numerous examples are used to demonstrate every step in the building process. The course also includes several detailed computer projects for students to build and try.  These projects include for example a number guessing game and  an allowance calculator.

 

Who Should Attend?

Ages 10+ | No programming experience is necessary, but familiarity with doing common tasks using Windows is expected.
